Making Leaders Out Of Marketers
You've mastered marketing. Now master the room it reports to.
Marketing got you here. This gets you further.
There's a ceiling most senior marketers hit. Not because their marketing isn't good enough - it is. But because the boardroom runs on finance, strategy, and negotiation. Ten modules. Ten world-class professors from leading business schools. The MiniMBA in Management gives you the fluency to operate at the level your marketing career deserves.
Over 12 weeks, ten internationally renowned professors from some of the world’s leading business schools will be taking you through the fundamentals of successful management. Each of the ten modules will focus on a key part of an MBA syllabus, from Organisational Behaviour and Finance through to Negotiation and Conscious Capitalism.
Taught by an expert in their field, each of the modules is designed for marketers with serious ambition about where their career will go next, concluding with a global-business simulation that will put everything you’ve learned into practice and determine your final grade.

"This is a very good primer on the key business disciplines that executives are expected to understand and manage."
"If you were looking for business concepts to be delivered in a meaningful and accessible way - this is the right course for you. If you work in marketing and want to talk the language of C-suite, then this is the place to start."
"This course will undoubtedly either teach or refine skills that you will use on a day to day basis in business. Hugely worthwhile."
Who is the course for
For marketers who know their instincts are good. And want the frameworks to prove it in any room.

You know marketing. Now learn the language everyone else at the top table is speaking.

You did the Marketing and Brand course. This is what comes next.

The skills that separate marketers who influence decisions from those who implement them.

All you need is a reliable internet connection. MiniMBA in Management is easy to access from your office, on the go via tablet or mobile or from home.
You can download Harvard Business Review and any other readings from the elearning platform so you can read them offline whenever suits you. Sometimes there might be an interactive reading or video, and you’ll need internet access for those. And, of course, you’ll need internet access to complete the simulation.
The videos will be available on-demand for the duration of the course. The April 2026 cohort will have access to the course platform until 31 July. After this, learners can access all the course content, plus much more, on our Alumni Network, which they get unlimited access to.
We’ll share the date and time before the programme kicks off, but usually the on-demand Q&As happen every other Friday at 12pm UK time.
From week three you’ll start to test what you’ve been learning within a competitive simulated environment used by top business schools around the world. After ‘six years’ operating one of eight car manufacturers in the fictional world of Autopia, your performance in the simulation will ultimately decide your final grade.
